Refund policy

At Par19, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including change of mind, incorrect orders, or dissatisfaction after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or is not delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or a confirmed delivery scan from the carrier with proof of the issue. Proof may include clear photos of the damaged product, packaging, or tracking information.

Any orders that arrived damaged require photo evidence for replacement.

Par19 reserves the right to deny any claim that does not include sufficient proof or does not meet the requirements outlined above.
